Suzanne Lyn-Cook Therapeutic Services and Consultancy
Organisational consultancy
I specialise in organisational development and I use a planned, purposeful and effective approach to help align process, strategy and people.
I believe that people are an organisation’s greatest asset.
Whilst organisations recognise and subscribe to valuing and supporting their staff, these key elements can often be misplaced by pressures and procedures of achieving goals and meeting targets. I work with organisational leaders, staff teams and individuals to enable connection to intention and will, whilst allowing people to feel encouraged and appreciated.
I am passionate about effective business and I trust in and work with 'the potential' and 'the possible' of all people.
Please see the charts below for some examples of how and what I work with.

Wellbeing and Self care
It is a known fact that our professional and personal lives have become crowded and overloaded, accentuating the potential for the increase of stress, added tension and anxiety. Therefore, it is crucial that we consider psychological and physical wellbeing in the workplace.
When the wellbeing of staff, at all organisational levels, becomes overlooked or neglected, individuals can feel undervalued, unseen and unappreciated which can easily lead to a lack of motivation, indifference and often, ill health.
I aim to help personnel to perform effectively in the workplace by offering a bespoke service of confidential support to staff who may require suggestions or guidance in relation to work issues.
Wellbeing issues can relate to the type of work being performed, or may be related to other issues such as relationships between colleagues.
My range of services reflects a key principle, that staff wellbeing should be addressed not only at an individual level but also at group and organisational level.
By examining and customising the cultural behaviours of an organisation and holding a context of keeping wellbeing at the heart of work and personal life, I facilitate the staff to strengthen their commitment and practice.
